Our company has a longstanding involvement with the Let Them Smile Again charity, which was initially founded by our current CEO after he identified a need for healthcare in poor communities. The charity aims to decrease poverty by enabling children and adults the ability to learn and develop skills which they can then go on to contribute to society. To do this Let Them Smile Again provides basic necessities to people in financial hardship, such as healthcare and expensive surgeries. The charity acts as a helping hand in the lives of disadvantaged families, aiming to uplift them out of their situation to live better lives. Today it has surgical camps set up in India and many other parts of the world.
Pentagon is very passionate about this cause and we often help to educate children from less wealthy families. Some of them have even ended up working in our offices! It is always a joy to see people rise in life, and we love being part of their journey. We are also supportive of hiring recent graduates from poorer families in order to give them the quick transition they need into the workforce.
